Dongguan Mingshang Mould Parts Co., Ltd. is a mould parts manufacturer based in Chang'an, Dongguan, China. We make custom precision components for injection moulds, machined to our customers' drawings.
Most of what we produce are forming parts: Cavity inserts, mould cores, core pins, neck rings, thread cores, sliders, lifters, gate inserts and sleeves. They go into moulds for caps and closures, cosmetic and skincare packaging, medical consumables, pipette tips, food and daily-use packaging, electronics and consumer products, auto interior parts and household appliances, among others.
We work to ± 0.005 mm on critical features, and every part is measured on a ZEISS CMM before it leaves the shop. Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001: 2015. Fit and cavity-to-cavity consistency are what we pay most attention to, because that is usually where a mould runs into trouble. Normal lead time is 2-3 weeks.
For materials we use mould steels from Hitachi, Uddeholm, Bohler and Schmiedewerke Groditz, and choose the heat treatment according to the steel grade, the application and what the customer asks for. Our equipment includes Hardinge CNC lathes, Makino EDM and machining centres, Sodick wire EDM and precision grinding, with ZEISS CMM inspection.
