Production Processing:
Step 1: Evaluate the feasibility of the mold according to the product drawings and requirements provided by customer
Step 2: We will inform you after confirming that this kind of die can be manufactured. you need to provide the technical data of stamping equipment
Step 3: Determine the production plan and price of the mold, and give you the price of the mold
Step 4: Receive your order notification
Step 5: Please determine the product layout, material utilization
Step 6: Pay the deposit of the mold, which is 50% of the total price of the mold
Step 7: Mold parts processing, production
Step 8: Through the manufacture of good mold production products, and sent to you for confirmation
Step 9: You confirm whether the product is qualified, and adjust the mold for the problematic part until it meets the requirements of the drawing
Step 10: Pay in full.
Step 11: Delive the mold, and issue the mold after confirming the transportation and packing method.
